- Legal Entity: Anambas Yacht is operated by PT Juara Bahari Nusantara, a subsidiary of the Juara Holding Group.
- Tourism Business License (SIUP PARIWISATA): We hold a valid and current business license from the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), authorizing us to conduct marine tourism activities.
- Tax Compliance (NPWP): Our company maintains a registered Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and is fully compliant with all Indonesian tax regulations.
- Crew Welfare (BPJS): All our Indonesian crew members are registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, the national social security and healthcare program, ensuring they have comprehensive insurance coverage.
Maritime Safety & Vessel Certification

- Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI): All our vessels are registered and regularly surveyed by the BKI, Indonesia’s official classification society, to ensure structural integrity and compliance with national maritime safety codes.
- SOLAS & IMO Compliance: Our yachts are equipped to meet the standards of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS). This includes professional-grade equipment such as Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRBs), Search and Rescue Transponders (SARTs), SOLAS-grade life rafts, and comprehensive fire-fighting systems.
- Advanced Navigation & Communication: Each vessel is equipped with redundant navigation systems (GPS, Radar, ECDIS) and long-range communication equipment, including satellite phones (Inmarsat/Iridium) and Single-Sideband (SSB) radio, ensuring we are always connected, even in the most remote locations.
